Geboren 1953 in der Schweiz. Komponist, Produzent und Arrangeur. Arbeitete in New York u.a. mit John Zorn, Bill Frisell, Arto Lindsay, Marc Ribot, Caetano Veloso zusammen und ist langjähriger Mitarbeiter, Keyboarder und Arrangeur mit und für Laurie Anderson. Komponist u.a. für das Frankfurter Ballet, O Vertigo Danse Montreal und das Zürcher Ballett sowie für zahlreiche Filmsoundtracks für Produktionen in den USA, Kanada, Deutschland und der Schweiz. CDs u.a. Cronologia, Passare, That Land. Dozent für Musik & Bild an der Hochschule der Künste Bern. 2013 Schweizer Filmpreis, Beste Filmmusik für MORE THAN HONEY. 2015 Nomination Schweizer Filmpreis, Beste Filmmusik in DORA ODER DIE SEXUELLEN NEUROSEN UNSERER ELTERN. 2017 Nomination Schweizer Filmpreis, Beste Filmmusik in CAHIER AFRICAIN.
