Born in Switzerland, Louis Crelier started his professional career in 1978 as resident composer of the Théâtre Populaire Romand, La Chaux-de -Fonds, Switzerland. Since then, he has composed over 30 scores for stage. Since 1981, he has specialized in film score composition (over 100 titles). In 2001, he composed the score for the film AZZURRO directed by Denis Rabaglia. His music has been nominated at the World Soundtrack Awards along with composers such as John Williams and Hans Zimmer.
