Flavio Papa is a Swiss director and filmmaker, born in 1999 in Sorengo. He graduated in Communication Sciences from IULM University in Milan in 2022. In 2023, he directed the experimental short film BAMBÙ. The following year, he directed GA-ME, distributed by Sagittabonda. Since 2023, he has been working as a director for advertising projects for various companies. In 2025, he completed a post-diploma specialization in Creative Production and Screenwriting at CISA in Locarno. That same year, he directed the documentary VENT’ANNI and served as executive producer on TUSEN TONER, which won the Pardino d’Argento SRG SSR at the Locarno Film Festival. Also in 2025, he won the Rai Cinema Channel Award at the AI.Motion Festival with the AI-generated short film PURGATORIO.
