SWISS FILMS offers up to six talented series screenwriters the opportunity to participate in the Writer’s Speed Meeting. Through a series of short 10-minute meetings, producers and writers connect, exchange ideas and inspiration, and explore potential collaborations.  

The programme is aimed at screenwriters with experience in the development and/or production of series, a strong creative voice and a distinctive profile, and an interest in international collaboration.  

The event will take place on Thursday, June 11, 2026, in Cologne, and will be held in English. 

SWISS FILMS offers: 

• Secured spot in the Writer's Speed Meeting Session (participation ticket only)
• A financial support of 600.00 CHF, to cover the costs of your participation
• Possibility to purchase a Creative accreditation with 10% discount on the Early Bird rate (offered by Seriencamp)
• Increased visibility on the international series market and access to key industry contacts

• Updated CV including full filmography (series, cinema, and other relevant formats) 
• Motivation letter (max. 1 page) outlining your interest in participating and your professional objectives at Seriencamp 

Please note: This is not a pitching session, and no specific project is required for the application. 

Selection criteria 

• Quality and relevance of previous work and a clear career profile (solid track record)
• Motivation and objectives in relation to the event
• Swiss nationality or residence
