Soil in the city. The land you use to grow vegetables. It's rare, it finds its space where it's still possible, but it's in demand. So we're finding new spaces for it and reclaiming the old ones. There's a huge surge of interest in vegetable gardens at the moment. Sharing projects, aquaponic farms, traditional allotments or vegetable patches: five locations, from the moment the soil is planted to the arrival of winter. Men and women, gardeners who cultivate, but also nature, what grows, what grows, what nourishes us.
