Two young people in their twenties, Lilian and André, decide to escape from the Christmastide gloom to the supposed paradise of Spain. In their aimless wanderings the pair naively put their trust in a shady character who goes by the name of Sylvester. Although somewhat older than the two lovers, Sylvester is also trying to give his life some sort of meaning by adopting the worn-out myths of our media world: the road movie, war games, romance, a drug trip. In this acceptance of cliché-ridden role playing the trio are slowly caught up in a perilous conflict over trust and confidence, love and life.
