Born in the Amazonian region of Caquetá, Colombia. 2011 Bachelor in Graphic Design from the CUN (Corporación Unificada Nacional de Educación Superior) in Ibagué, Colombia. He then worked as a graphic designer, illustrator and lecturer. In 2023 he graduated with a Master in Animation from the HSLU (Lucerne School of Design, Film and Art). His graduation short film TAPIR MEMORIES (2023) received the Zeugindesign Foundation sponsorship award for Best Graduation Film. The film garnered ten further international festival awards and screened among others at Flickerfest 2024, Pixelatl 2024, and SPARK Animation 2023.
