Judi Shekho

Born in Aleppo, Syria, Judi Shekho is a Syrian-Kurdish screenwriter and actor based in Lausanne. He began his career in video and theatre in Syria and later in Turkey. Having arrived in Switzerland in 2020, he works at the Théâtre de Vidy. In 2024, he directed his first short film, FREEDOM, produced by Trois Petits Points. He is currently developing his first feature-length fiction film. He is also staging a play.
