Born in 1978 in Bienne, Switzerland. She studied film at the ECAL (École cantonale d'art de Lausanne) and at the ZHdK (Zürcher Hochschule der Künste). Her graduation film FLOH! (2005) won the prestigious First Steps Award for Best Film. She made a name for herself as a director of advertising films. Her short film 7 FOIS (2024) won the Zurich Film Award for Best Screenplay in 2024. She directed two episodes of Switzerland's first international Netflix coproduction WINTER PALACE alongside Pierre Monnard. Her self-developed series EDITA, co-authored with Mona Petri, was funded by Swiss television and is currently in development. She lives in Zurich and works as a director for international series and cinema films.
