Three Swiss fiction films at the Moscow International Film Festival

At the 30th Moscow International Film Festival, which runs from June 19-28, 2008 in the Russian capitol, three Swiss fiction films will be presented. The Italian-Swiss coproduction “Giorni e nuvole” (Days And Clouds) by Silvio Soldini (produced by Amka Film, Savosa) will be screened in the International Competition. In attendance of the directors Jacob Berger and Fulvio Bernasconi “1 journée” (That Day) (produced by Vega Film, Zurich) and “Fuori dalle corde” (Out Of Bounds) (produced by Ventura Film, Meride) will be presented in the section “Reflections”.
Star director Nikita Mikhalkov presides over the Moscow International Film Festival one of the twelve competitive feature film festivals accredited by the International Federation of Film Producers Association (FIAPF) as first rank. This year's festival jury, under the presidency of Scandinavian actress and director Liv Ullman, has to assess 16 films previously not seen in Russia.
