A Peter Mettler retrospective, organised by SWISS FILMS and in collaboration with DOCMA (Asociacion de Ciné Documental), will be presented in the Filmoteca Madrid during the 4th edition of the 3XDOC.
The six films by the Swiss-Canadian filmmaker showcased in Madrid from April 7-28 include “Gambling, Gods and LSD”, “The End of Time” und “Picture of Light”, among others. The programme features two highlights such as a masterclass given by Peter Mettler on April 15, as well as the “Encuentro de Creadores”, a creators’ meeting with Peter Mettler and the Spanish filmmaker Daniel V. Villamediana on April 16.
An online retrospective of Peter Mettler’s films can also be viewed free of charge on the Doc Alliance Films (dafilms.com) documentary film platform from April 21 to May 3: Retrospective of Peter Mettler: State of Expanded Cinematic Vision.
