Deutscher Filmpreis 2009: two awards for Swiss coproduction “Nordwand”

Philipp Stölzl’s fiction film “Nordwand” (coproducer: Triluna Film, Zurich), which is largely filmed in the Bernese Oberland, was honoured with two LOLA 2009 awards, the Deutschen Filmpreis (German Film Award): the award for “Best Camera/Cinematography” went to Kolja Brandt; and the award for “Best Sound Design” went to Christian Bischoff, Tschangis Chahrokh, Heinz Ebner and Guido Zettier.
Each awards was endowed with 10,000 euros. The Deutscher Filmpreis (German Film Award), which is the most prestigious and most highly endowed award for German film, was presented in Berlin on April 24, 2009.
