Award for “Pas douce” in Lisbon

The fiction film “Pas douce” of the Swiss Jeanne Waltz (Prince Film SA, Geneva) living in Portugal has just won the “Distribution Award” worth 2,500 Euros at the 4th International Festival for Independent Film in Lisbon – IndieLisboa – which ended on April 29, 2007. The film was one of 12 in the international competition.
The award, given by an international jury composed of five personalities of the film industry, is an initial aid to distribution in Portugal. “Pas douce” which unites the French actress Isild Le Besco and the Portuguese singer Lio on screen, celebrated its world premier at the International Forum of Young Film in Berlin last February. At the moment the film is running for a competition in San Francisco and will be in theatres on May 16, 2007, in the French region of Switzerland.
