Anja Schweitzer is an actress and a mother. This film is witness to her balancing act between the theatre and her private life. It illustrates an exasperating marathon of rehearsals, her distorted image of herself and the struggle of holding one’s ground on the stage. While her husband puts their daughter to bed, Anja performs for the audience.
