A positive self-image, good body awareness and self-acceptance help you to deal well with yourself and your body. The Spiegelbilder sensitisation project is aimed at young women* between the ages of 14 and 24 and aims to strengthen self-confidence and self-efficacy as a life skill. The project promotes dialogue with and between young women* and encourages them to discuss the challenges, taboos, norms, prejudices and insecurities associated with becoming and being a woman.
