The film documents the passage of time from a bird's-eye perspective using the city of Locarno as an example. It shows the changes over the decades, but also in everyday events. The venerable, empty and dilapidated Grand Hotel Locarno is a reminder of this, while numerous cranes point to lively construction activity.
Il film documenta lo scorrere del tempo da una prospettiva a volo d’uccello prendendo come esempio la città di Locarno – i cambiamenti nel corso dei decenni, ma anche negli eventi quotidiani. Un richiamo costante è il venerabile Grand Hotel Locarno, abbandonato e in stato di degrado, mentre le numerose gru indicano una vivace attività di costruzione.
