In an unnamed village, animals start to be regularly found with severed legs. The small community is in turmoil. While some villagers believe an old cruel legend, the village policeman tries to solve the case, without success. The murders increase and with them the distrust of the villagers. The series of crimes comes to a bitter end when disaster strikes at the village festival.
Nel villaggio più bello del mondo regna una pace meravigliosamente monotona, fino a quando non si trovano di continuo degli animali da fattoria con le zampe mozzate. La piccola comunità è in subbuglio. Mentre alcuni abitanti del villaggio credono a una vecchia e crudele leggenda, il poliziotto del villaggio Aldo cerca di risolvere il misterioso caso. I brutali omicidi aumentano e con essi la sfiducia dei residenti. La serie di omicidi si conclude amaramente quando un disastro colpisce la festa del villaggio.
