Praz Bonjour is an agro-ecological permaculture project launched by Pierre-Gilles and Antoine three years ago in the heights of Vevey. Driven by a profound desire to take action in the face of the ecological, political and economic hazards of today's world, their approach is anything but restful. This documentary follows the challenges faced by these two forty-somethings over the course of a year. By showing their day-to-day work, the film bears witness to their strength, will and resilience, and exposes the issues surrounding food in today's world.
