Geboren 1977 in der Schweiz. Studium der Germanistik, Anglistik und Philosophie an der Universität Zürich. 2010 Phd mit einer Studie zur Räumlichkeit des Unheimlichen in Theorie, bildender Kunst, Literatur und Film der Universität Zürich. Lehrtätigkeiten an den Universitäten Zürich, Basel und Luzern, aktuell Dozent für Filmtheorie an der Hochschule Luzern Design+Kunst, sowie Lehrbeauftragter an der Universität Zürich. Zahlreiche Veröffentlichungen. Dr. phil, Kultur- und Medienwissenschaftler, Autor, Videoessayist.
