Vier Männer tanzen nach Ende der Saison in einer Strandbar. Zuvor hatte einer von ihnen die Umstände einer militärischen Niederlage geschildert. Der Film stellt eine Episode des Gallischen Kriegs unter Führung von Julius Caesar und eine choreographische Zusammenfassung der Geschichte des Twists nebeneinander.
