SÃO PAULO: VOLTA AO MUNDO - SUIÇA

For the third year, SWISS FILMS is initiating a collaboration with the Petra Belas Artes Cinema and A la Carte VOD Platform in São Paulo to introduce to the local audience a glimpse into contemporary Swiss cinema. The opening film DRII WINTER (UM PEDAÇO DO CEU) by Michael Koch - Swiss Canditate for the 2023 Oscar Campaign - will be screened live in the cinema. Seven films will be available online on the platform for two weeks, starting on July 20th.

Like every year, a special space is offered to an important name in Swiss Cinema. After Alain Tanner and Fredi M. Murer, we dedicated this year's program to filmmaker Daniel Schmid, with two classicals, THE WRITTEN FACE (online AND with a live screening to) and IL BACIO DI TOSCA.
