Né en 1985 à Ghazni, en Afghanistan. La même année, il émigre en Iran avec sa famille et y grandit. De 2003 à 2005, il a étudié la réalisation et la cinématographie à Haft Honar, en Iran. Il est retourné en Afghanistan avec sa famille en 2005 et y a travaillé comme directeur de la photographie. En 2015, il a dû quitter son pays et vit depuis en Suisse. 2018-23 Études de Bachelor à la ZHdK (Zürcher Hochschule der Künste). 2023 Bachelor en cinéma de la ZHdK.
