Born in 1981 in Zurich, Switzerland. Formation in painting, music and photography. He studied Film at ZHDK (Zürcher Hochschule der Künste) and Universidad del Cine Buenos Aires. With films such as UN DIA Y NADA (Locarno/Tel Aviv IFF 2008), CHERRY PIE (Rotterdam/Camerimage IFF 2014) and for his cinematography for SUMMER GAMES (Venice/Toronto IFF 2011) and WAR (San Sebastian/Karlovy Vary IFF 2014) he won international awards and three times the SWISS FILM AWARD. He is currently developing a new feature project WHO/MAN.
