Little Miss Fate vit dans un monde dicté par le destin. Lorsque l'occasion se présente, elle se glisse dans le rôle de leader mondial. Elle crée involontairement un monstre, qui veut avidement aspirer tout l'amour du monde. Submergée par le développement rapide, elle perd le contrôle.
