After a BA in Media & Interactive Design at ECAL (École Cantonale d'Art de Lausanne), Simon de Diesbach co-founded the studio fragmentin with which he won the ARTS at CERN residency and collaborated with Pierre Soulages and David Dufresne. In 2017, he undertook an MA in Film at HSLU (Lucerne School of Art and Design) and directed LIMITS, which premiered at Locarno Film Festival and earned him a lecture at MIT Media Lab. Simon also gives workshops in animation and design at various Swiss schools of applied arts and universities.
