Rusudan Glurjidze
Director, Screenwriter
Born in 1972 in Tbilisi, Georgia. She first studied French language and literature at the Tbilisi State University, before switching to film directing and screenwriting at the Georgian State Film and Theatre Institute. Her feature directorial debut, HOUSE OF OTHERS (2016) premiered in the East of the West competition at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, taking home the Grand Prix. Since 2007 she works as film director, screenwriter, and producer for Cinetech Film Production Company. THE ANTIQUE (2024) premieres in Venice's Giornate degli Autori.
