Roger Kaufmann started working for Ascot Elite Entertainment in 2002. He took care of licensing, film funding and later also marketing and press work. Together with Ralph S. Dietrich and Stephan Giger, he built up the distribution arm Germany (Ascot Elite Filmverleih) in 2010, which he also managed. In addition to the entire distribution work in Germany, he was also involved in the production of NORTHMEN - A VIKING SAGA and was then appointed as the producer of the Elite Filmproduktion.
