Born in Japan. Lives in Switzerland since 2008. She began her journey as an international business executive after earning a Master of Science in Management from M.I.T. A lifelong artist – novelist, cartoonist, and poet – she has now discovered her ultimate passion in moviemaking, a medium that synthesizes her diverse experiences and creative pursuits. STORMING (2024) was awarded Best New Filmmaker at the Chandler International Film Festival, among other prizes.
