Every year 12 people meet and play a secret game, one that involves a lot of money. The participants are mostly bored and nouveau riche or addicted to gambling. Each of these people brings a suitcase filled with 1.1 million. In the course of an evening one of them will die, randomly chosen by a lottery of sorts. Then the rest of the group get to split the contents of the loser’s suitcase. But this year a lot goes wrong. The game’s leader discovers a way to influence the lottery to his advantage. Several of the participants don’t trust him any more and become active themselves…
