When Rami’s 14-year-old daughter is killed in a 1997 Palestinian suicide bombing, his once-protected family life is shattered. But instead of seeking revenge, the grieving father turns his attention to the suffering of Palestinian families living under occupation. Through the organization Combatants for Peace, he meets Bassam Aramin, a former Palestinian fighter. The two quickly form a deep bond, united by their shared loss and a commitment to dialogue. Together, they travel the world, spreading a simple yet urgent message: The violence won’t end until we start talking.
