May 1967. The internationalist filmmaker Michèle Firk leaves a letter for her friends “to be opened in case of”. She is thirty years old and has joined the urban guerrilla movement in Guatemala, whose members she had met in Havana during the first Tricontinental Conference, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at forming a united anti-colonialist and anti-imperialist front of the “Third World”. Michèle Firk never finished her only film, which she had begun in Cuba. Sixty years later, Laura Cazador responds to these absences and to this letter with a film.
