Over years, the entrepreneur Bruno Stefanini bought numerous houses in Winterthur, until he owned half of the old town. Today the houses offer cheap living spaces, while the rest of the city is being gentrified. After his death, Stefanini's daughter has taken over his foundation – and the alternative crowd is anxious to know what will happen to their home.
