Nothing is for eternity. Not even places that seem to outlast time. The filmmaker impressively stages this transience by turning it into a stage for contemporary dancers, thus creating a moving testimony to the fleetingness of places that are in precisely that state only on the day the film is shot. The powerful, vulnerable and poetic choreographies create a tension between obvious transience and form touching living counterpoints to the static emptiness of the epic, sometimes inhospitable spaces.
Niente è per l'eternità. Nemmeno i luoghi che sembrano superare il tempo. Il cineasta mette in scena in modo impressionante questa transitorietà trasformandola in un palcoscenico per danzatori contemporanei, creando così una testimonianza commovente della fugacità dei luoghi che si trovano proprio in quello stato solo il giorno in cui viene girato il film. Le coreografie potenti, vulnerabili creano un campo di tensione tra l'ovvia caducità e la forma toccante, vivaci contrappunti al vuoto statico degli spazi epici e in parte inospitali.
