Anna and her baby live in an old house, somewhere on Earth. All around her, an unreal, timeless silence reigns. In this anguished solitude, she relives the fragments of a day that began like any other: the arguments with her sister, a job interview gone wrong, the baby's uninterrupted crying. From the reflection in the mirror, the vision of an insane gesture dawns. Everything falls apart… but a familiar faint sound saves her from the abyss.
Anna vive con il suo bambino in una vecchia casa, da qualche parte sulla Terra. Intorno a lei regna un silenzio irreale. In quella solitudine angosciante, rivive i frammenti di una giornata iniziata come tante altre: le incomprensioni con la sorella, un colloquio di lavoro andato male, il pianto ininterrotto del bimbo. Dal riflesso dello specchio affiora la visione di un gesto folle, ma un suono fioco, a lei familiare, la salva dall’abisso.
