Taranto, a picturesque coastal town in southern Italy, originally known for its clams and sanatorium, is home to the largest steelworks in Europe: "ILVA". The steel mill causes immense destruction in Taranto and the surrounding area, with no one seemingly able to stop it. Six protagonists tell about their ambivalent relationship with this place.
