The diagnosis is devastating. The successful concert pianist Albert suffers from gout. His anger and despair plunge him into a severe depression taking away his joy of life and making his family come undone. He sets off to an uncertain future. When suddenly he meets a little boy named Luc who manages to show him in a childlike manner the way back to his life.
