A little girl lives alone in her house in the middle of nowhere. She owns just a few buffalo, which she takes to graze in the fields during the day. In the evening, she hurries home and carefully locks the windows and doors because it is then that an enormous woman appears - so large that she blocks the sun and turns day into night.
