The Crisinel family has lived for three generations with the rhythm of the stream which runs adjacent to their farm. It is located at the foot of the Jura in Vaud, far from major throughways. This is where the family settled in 1900 in order to farm the land. At that time, the watermill and the sawmill, which are still functioning, were already turning thanks to the hydraulic energy furnished by the Morvaz, a small stream with the particularity of having water year-round.
