On the anniversary of his father's death, Jürgen Gerber is confronted with his family's turbulent past. A confrontation with a world to which he himself no longer belongs, but which still defines him. The history of the Gerber family in the Jura is the history of the Anabaptists. It is the long struggle between resistance and submission, between ideal and compromise, driven by the question: How do we find peace?
