Julie is enrolled in a fashion school. She cannot afford however to make the clothes that she designs. Natascha, a student with wealthy parents, wants to go to New York. But when her mother refuses to provide the money she steals a valuable icon from the family home. Julie also steals the material she needs to make her projects. The two girls are running in the same street at the same time. Trying to avoid Julie, Natascha is hit by a car. Before dying she asks Julie to take the stolen icon back to her mother. Julia however realises that the proceeds could help save her fashion show. The ghost of Natascha begins to haunt Julie in an effort to save her soul from perdition. It is the beginning of a very close friendship. The two become an inseparable duo.
