The Engadin region in Switzerland, comprising of St. Moritz, Pontresina and Sils, together with three magnificent lakes and impressive Alpine peaks, is one of the most well-known tourist attractions in the world. St. Moritz is world renowned as a glamorous and chic winter destination. But as Schweizer’s film demonstrates, it is the quieter off season autumn period that really holds the greatest attraction and which has drawn artists, intellectuals and individualists to the region’s unique mountainous landscape for decades.
