Set amidst the operating rooms at the university hospital in Lausanne is a space where the nursing staff works, eats, drinks, laughs, sleeps … The light is on round the clock here. Cheerful, funny, but also sad stories can be heard here. Cleaning personnel are just as likely to be found here as eminent surgeons. This is where 250 people in green take their break.
