In November 2003, Zyliss Ltd, a manufacturer of household appliances, announced that it would be closing its firm in Switzerland and moving its production facilities to China. The 80-some employees did not accept the decision without a fight and went on a 10-day strike in an attempt to save their jobs. The strike is portrayed from the employees' perspective, illustrated with scenes from the impressive coverage.
