One morning Simon wakes up next to his wife Stephanie, feeling intense pain he has never experienced before. He groans and turns to Stephanie, who in turn wakes up to Simon's moans. While asking him what was going on, she reads the pain in his eyes and hurriedly moves closer to him, at which point Simon weakens and falls back onto the bed. Simon is taken unconscious to the hospital.
