A cinematic work about the tension between urban space and natural topography. In deserted, anthropocentric landscapes—filmed in various regions of China—human-made structures meet dusty expanses. As the final part of a trilogy, the film follows traces of activity, curiosity, and greed—in slow, contemplative motion, a choreography of control, emptiness, and expectation.
