How can you know where you’re going if you don’t know where you came from? In this animated mixed reality XR game, it makes no difference where you actually are, because your smartphone screen takes you into the Amsterdam district of Bijlmermeer – experienced through Anouschka, a Black teenager. Following a racist incident at school, she delves into her family history, which turns out to be closely bound up with this local area, one of the most diverse in the Netherlands.
