Pastor Peter Aebi lies in a coma after a car accident. His melancholy wife, Katharina, and his three grown children have to decide if they should allow him to live, as he himself requested in his living will, or allow him to die. Now, of all times, Katharina rediscovers her zest for life thanks to a Finnish itinerant. And the village community believes the coma patient works miracles.
