In the vast world on the small Gün Alp everything revolves around three children: Braida (8), Marchet (6) and Jon (3). Life during the summer on the Alp in the Safien Valley (Grisons) consists of cows, cheese and playful learning by helping out with the daily chores. The children assume a great deal of responsibility for their actions and have an impressive amount of knowledge about the animals and nature. Living, playing and working on the Alp is starkly juxtaposed with the complex reality of life for many other people. The film raises questions regarding the consumption and comfort of interconnectedness through media.
