Pierre-François Sauter
Cinematographer, Director, Screenwriter
Born in 1966 in Switzerland. 1983-94 Professional training in fine arts: painting, engraving and drawing. Participated in numerous exhibitions. 1995 Internship in directing at the Radio Télévision Belge (RTBF). He directed FACE AU JUGE (selected among others at Visions du Réel 2009, at the Beijing Independent Film Festival 2010 (Songzhuang) and for "Le Prix de Soleure"). His next film, CALABRIA (Visions du Réel 2016) was selected in more than forty international festivals and received five Grand Prix (DocLisboa, FIDBA, Flahertiana, etc.).
