Manuela Steiner
Director, Screenwriter
Born 1980 in Lucerne, Switzerland. 2008 Receives degree in Religious Studies, English Literature and Cultural Anthropology, from Université de Fribourg. Attends courses at the Master School Drehbuch in Berlin. 2014 Receives degree in Screenwriting and Dramaturgy from the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. Since 2017 board member of the Association of Romansh Filmmakers “Cineasts Rumantschs”. Works as a director, author and dramatist for film, radio plays and stage productions. Received the work grant of the Canton of Graubünden in 2020.
